Chatbot

BallotReady offers an automatic "bot" that chats with users, offers up support articles, and allows them to easily create a support ticket that connects to their email.

Chatbot Features

The chatbot icon will appear at the bottom right-hand corner throughout the entire site (as shown below).

When a user asks a question to the chatbot, it will start by replying with the top support articles relative to the question as seen below.

If the support article doesn't address the person's question, they will be prompted to provide more information on their issue, such as City and State they are voting from and a detailed description of what they are experiencing. That information will then be converted into a support ticket that will be submitted for the support team to address. 

Customizations

You can customize your chatbot to fit your needs and to reflect your branding. You can add custom logo (square images are required), name your chatbot and create your own chatbot responses that appear in the chat flow.
