Overview
Alongside your Engine that helps voters in various aspects of their voting experience, BallotReady can provide you with Aggregate and Individual User Data about the voters who visit your site to help you understand and quantify your impact.
Aggregate Data
For all Engines, we have a Usage Data Dashboard with aggregated user data, including controls for time frame and location.
The User Data Dashboard counts every user who enters their address in your Civic Center Widget and clicks “Get Started”.
You can read more about interpreting your Usage Data Dashboard here. You can access your User Data Dashboard by logging into CivicEngine Manage and navigating to the Analytics tab.
Individual User Data
BallotReady also provides User Data at an individual level, which can be shared in a daily JSON export to an S3 bucket hosted by the customer, or a daily .csv of condensed clickstream data uploaded to a Google Drive folder hosted by BallotReady.
Clickstream only counts users after they have entered their address in the widget and clicked "Get Started."
